LeeFest is run entirely by volunteers, from the ground staff to the organisers. We welcome all who want to get involved in the festival and we try to give everyone who applies a chance to join the team. All positions are volunteer roles, and each is as important and rewarding as the next!

Site Crew

This role is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the festival at the same time as working. Volunteers can be requested to fulfill multiple roles including campsite management, car park management, general response teams, positional marshals, waste management and box office staff. All training will be given and it is a great opportunity to see the festival and meet some of the festival go-ers. All volunteer roles will be on a shift rotation. Bar Staff

This role will entail a shift rotation across 3 bars and include the service of drinks to the public. Hard work is required and applicants should be prepared for a fulfilled weekend. All training will be given and it is a great opportunity to see the festival and meet some of the festival go-ers. Volunteers for this position must be at least 18years or over (ID will be required) and applicants must be available throughout the festival weekend. Promotional Staff

We’re looking for a variety of staff to promote LeeFest in the run up to the festival. The three main roles we have available are flyering, postering and university reps.
