*How old do I need to be to attend?*

You need to be at least 17 years old to attend LeeFest without a guardian. You may be asked to prove this at the Box Office, so please bring valid ID – details below.
If you are under 17 years old you will have to be with a guardian (over 21 years) at all times.

*What ID do I need to bring with me?*

Only UK Driving Licenses, Passports and PASS Verified identification will be accepted as proof of age. We cannot accept photocopies of these documents for proof of age.

Tickets

*When will my tickets arrive?*

When purchasing a ticket you will select whether you want to receive an e-ticket or physical ticket, make sure that you know which ticket type you have purchased. These should arrive in good time, fairly soon after purchase, so if you have any concerns please contact our ticketer – Gigantic on customerservices@gigantic.com

*Can I camp with a day ticket?*

Yes! We have decided for the first year that day ticket holders can camp on the night that their ticket is valid e.g. Sat ticket = Sat night camping.

You will not be allowed access to the arena after the day that your ticket is valid.

*Can I collect my ticket at the site?*

Yes. If you order your ticket too late for it to be posted and don’t have a printer then you can collect it from the box office. You will need ID to prove you are the person that bought the tickets.

*Do children need tickets?*

Yes. Children 12 and under go free, however they still need a ticket, so that we have a complete record of the number of people onsite. We don’t have separate child ticket types, so if you and your children are only joining for one day, you will still need to book a child weekend camping ticket.

13-16 year olds weekend camping tickets are £50. All tickets here.

*Why is there a booking fee for tickets?*

The booking fee is charged by gigantic to cover the work they need to do in organising ticketing. We negotiate hard to have the best booking fees possible, and gigantic only charge about half as much as most companies.

*Can I get a refund on my ticket?*

Unfortunately we are unable to organise refunds for festival tickets. If sadly you are no longer to attend with your ticket please use a reputable ticket re-sale site, such as the ticket trust.

*Will there be tickets available on the door?*

A small amount of tickets is always available at the door, they cost £90 for the weekend and £50 for the day. Please arrive early to ensure you get one, and watch our twitter for announcements of being sold out.

*Can I camp without a festival ticket?*

We cannot allow anyone onsite without a valid LeeFest ticket.

Travel

*How do I get to LeeFest?*

*When does the shuttle bus run?*

The shuttle bus runs Friday through to Monday. Please check the full bus timetable here.

*Can I cycle to the festival?*

Yes. There will be secure space to lock your bike up in the campsite.

Campsite & Arena

*What should I bring?*

*Can I have a campfire?*

No you are not allowed your own campfire. There will be a big communal campfire though.

*Can I bring a BBQ?*

You are allowed small disposable BBQs. They must be raised off the ground and placed a safe distance from all tents (minimum 2m). Please see our campsite team to collect some stones to raise it off the ground. If you are conducting a BBQ in an irresponsible manner it will be extinguished and you may be ejected.

*Are gas canister/cooking stoves allowed?*

You are allowed single ring self contained gas burners. Gas canisters must not exceed 300g. They must be used no closer than 2 meters to any tent and remain attended whilst in use. Any persons found inappropriately using gas burners will have them confiscated and you may be ejected from the site.

*Will there be somewhere to get cash out?*

You can get cashback over the bars, but this slows down the bars a lot for us, so if you can bring plenty of cash it would help us out!

*Is there anywhere to lock away valuables?*

Yes, there are lockers available in the campsite. Please do not leave valuables in your tent or car. LeeFest does not accept any responsibility for the safety of your possessions whilst you are onsite.

*How far is the campsite from the arena?*

*Are pets or animals allowed on site?*

No.

*Can I charge my phone?*

Yes, these facilities can be found in the campsite with the lockers.

*What is the policy on drugs?*

Everybody is subject to a full search on entering the site. Anybody found with illegal drugs will have them confiscated and may be reported to the police. This includes laughing gas.

Yes, they cost £5.

*Can I stay in accommodation away from the site?*

If you’re joining us with a day ticket you cannot bring alcohol onto site, however the bars are stocked up with more variety than any year previously.
