How old do I need to be to attend?
Adults aged 17 years and over: Valid ID must be shown on the door.
Teenagers aged 13-16 years: Must be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 21 at all times. Maximum 3 children / teenagers per person.
Children aged 12 and under: Must be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 21 at all times. Maximum 3 children / teenagers per person.
What ID do I need to bring with me?
Only UK Driving Licences, Passports and PASS Verified identification will be accepted as proof of age.
You will need to prove you are aged 17 or over in order to enter the festival. If you are aged 16 or under you will need to be accompanied by someone over the age of 21 at all times.
Tickets
When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets will not be dispatched until closer to the event. Our online ticket seller Ticketline will email you once your ticket has been dispatched.
Can I camp with a day ticket?
Yes but you will not be allowed in to the arena on any day except for the day your ticket states.
Can I collect my ticket at the site?
Yes – if you buy one close to the event or have a specific need or issue. Please contact Ticketline to arrange this: ticketing@leefest.org.uk
Do children need tickets?
Yes – everyone attending the festival is required to have a ticket. Under 12s tickets are available for free from the online ticket store.
Why is there a booking fee for tickets?
We’re proud to have the smallest booking fee of any festival in the UK. The booking fee is requested by the online ticket sellers Gigantic to cover their costs (paper, postage, admin fees, all very exciting)
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No – tickets are non-refundable.
Will there be tickets available on the door?
We can NOT guarantee that any tickets will be available on the door. However tickets brought online and before the event will be much cheaper and we always recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can I camp without a festival ticket?
No – LeeFest is an all ticket event.
Travel
How do I get to LeeFest?
There are many ways to get to the festival, read about them here.
Is there parking?
Yes there is ample of parking – however as a large event we try to limit our negative impact on the environment and take this responsibility serious. So in order to raise money to fund the shuttle busses from Bromley South, there is a one off parking fee of £5 for vehicles.
When does the shuttle bus run?
The LeeFest shuttle bus run regularly between Bromley South Station, East Croydon Station and the site. See the timetable here.
Can I cycle to the festival?
Yes you can and there will be somewhere to lock your bike too J. For more info on this visit the travel page.

What not to bring:
Fireworks, glass objects/bottles, flares, stereo systems, animals (except guide dogs), drugs, weapons.
LeeFest is a family friendly festival with a community spirit, antisocial and criminal behaviour will result in ejection either by security or the police.
Can I have a campfire?
No – but there will be a humungous communal campfire on both nights in the campsite.
Can I bring a BBQ?
Yes – however, out of respect to our lovely hosts on the farm, all BBQs must be off the ground (bricks will be available in the campsite).
Are gas canister/cooking stoves allowed?
Yes – but only small ones.
Will there be somewhere to get cash out?
No – but the main bar in the arena will be offering cash back.
How far is the campsite from the arena?
A 3 minute walk away
Are pets or animals allowed on site?
No – except guide dogs. And these.
Can I charge my phone?
No – LeeFest is a small intimate affair, it’ll be better to just turn your phone off and forget about it.
What is the policy on drugs?
LeeFest has a zero tolerance drugs policy. Any illegal drugs will be confiscated and the police may decide to prosecute. Searches are a condition of entry to the festival.
Can I stay in accommodation away from the site?
Of course – however you will be responsible for getting to and from the site.
Can I stay in a caravan or campervan?
Yes – but you will need a caravan/campervan pitch ticket.
Food & Drink
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes – but only into the campsite and only a small amount (1 crate of beer or 2 bottles of wine or 1 bottle of spirits per peson). No glass will be allowed. You will be searched.
Can I bring food onto the site?
Yes – you may bring food into the campsite and the arena.
Will there be food to buy in the campsite?
Yes – there will be a mix of hot and cold available 24 hours a day.
What should I do if I lose something?
Report your lost item to the operations tent, next to the first aid area.
Will there be running water?
Yes – this year we will have lovely taps to provide you with free fresh running water in the campsite.
Is the festival accessible to wheelchair users?
Yes of course – please contact us to see if there are any adjustments we can make to ensure the site is 100% accessible.
