If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday the box office will open at 10.30am and you can then gain access to the campsite.

All entertainment will start on Friday 12th July at 4pm. Exact stage times will be available at the festival.
Live music will end eat night between 11pm-12am. Music will then be transmitted across the site via silent disco, you can pick up your silent disco headphones from the merch stall.
There will also be a cinema tent, beach party and campfire music until the early hours!
Adults aged 17 years and over: Valid ID must be shown on the door.
Teenagers aged 13-16 years: Must be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 21 at all times. Maximum 3 children / teenagers per person.
Children aged 12 and under: Must be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 21 at all times. Maximum 3 children / teenagers per person.
Only UK Driving Licences, Passports and PASS Verified identification will be accepted as proof of age.
You will need to prove you are aged 17 or over in order to enter the festival. If you are aged 16 or under you will need to be accompanied by someone over the age of 21 at all times.
The box office will be open during the following times only:
Friday 12th: 14:00 – 22:00
Saturday 13th: 11:00 – 22:00
Sunday 14th: 11:00 – 22:00
Please do not turn up outside of these times as you will be turned away.

Tickets dispatched from 12 noon on Friday 5th July onwards will not be posted, instead they are to be collected from the festival box office when you arrive. The box office will open from 2pm on Friday 12th July.
Yes but only once you have a wrist band. You cannot camp the night before your day ticket states.
You will not be allowed in to the arena on any day except for the day your ticket states. You can upgrade your tickets at the box office of the festival.

Yes – everyone attending the festival is required to have a ticket. Under 12s tickets are available for free from the online ticket store.
We’re proud to have the smallest booking fee of any festival in the UK. The booking fee is requested by the online ticket sellers Gigantic to cover their costs (paper, postage, admin fees, all very exciting)
No – tickets are non-refundable.
There will be limited tickets available on the door and so we do advise that you buy your tickets in advance. Tickets on the door will be more expensive.
You can buy weekend tickets online until midnight on Thursday 11th, and collect them at the festival box office (subject to availability).
Day tickets can be bought until 9am on the day you wish to attend, and collect them at the festival box office (subject to availability).
No – LeeFest is an all ticket event.
You can buy tickets on the door but they will be limited and more expensive.

Yes there is parking – although due to space and negative impact on the environment as a large event we advise that you consider our greener options of taking the train and our LeeFest bus or ensuring that you car share between friends or other festival goers on Go Car Share.
In order to raise money to fund our shuttle buses from Bromley South and East Croydon, there is a one off parking fee of £10 for vehicles. This can be bought on the door.

Campsite and Arena
Cash (there is no ATM on site but cash back can be received at the main bar)
Waterproof and wellies. (It’s not a muddy site so bring light footwear too, but wellies just in case it rains)
Personal medication (asthma pumps etc.)
Warm clothing (for the night)
Sleeping bag and pillow
Tissues, loo roll and wet wipes
Condoms (incase gnome gets lucky)
Suncream (the forecast looks great!)
Plastic water bottles (these can be filled up at the tap in the campsite – it’s VERY important to keep hydrated, especially when you’re drinking alcohol and spending time in the sun)
Musical instruments (everyone is welcomed to play around the campfire!)
What not to bring:
Fireworks, glass objects/bottles, flares, stereo systems, animals (except guide dogs), drugs, weapons.
LeeFest is a family friendly festival with a community spirit, antisocial and criminal behavior will result in ejection either by security or the police.
No – but there will be a humungous communal campfire on both nights in the campsite.
Yes – small disposable BBQs will be permitted. Out of respect to our lovely hosts on the farm, all BBQs must be off the ground (bricks will be available in the campsite).
Yes – single ring self contained gas burners will be permited. Gas canisters must not exceed 300g.
No – but the main bar in the arena will be offering cash back.

No – LeeFest is a small intimate affair, it’ll be better to just turn your phone off and forget about it.
LeeFest has a zero tolerance drugs policy. Any illegal drugs will be confiscated and the police may decide to prosecute. Searches are a condition of entry to the festival.
Yes, available for everyone in the campsite.
Of course – however you will be responsible for getting to and from the site.
Food & Drink
Yes – but only into the campsite and only a small amount (1 crate of beer or 2 bottles of wine or 1 bottle of spirits per peson). No glass will be allowed. You will be searched.
Yes – you may bring food into the campsite and the arena.
Yes – there will be a mix of hot and cold available 24 hours a day.
Report your lost item to the welfare tent in the campsite.
Yes – this year we will have lovely taps to provide you with free fresh running water in the campsite.
